If you two don't know there is a target tracking setting I understand. It is best I join a RB and test it myself. I think it is reasonable to have the gunner track a target but I prefer not to play with players making one shot kills from a distance at full speed. You can see it in control settings and there are discussions here and on other forums refering to 'target tracking'. When I use TARGET TRACKING the turret AUTO AIMS at the enemy tank. In the controls menu there is a setting called TARGET TRACKING.
